Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable. However, if a product key does not work, we will first provide a replacement to ensure your satisfaction. In cases where a refund is absolutely necessary, the following policy applies:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

a. The product received is not as described.
b. The product does not work.

Note: To prevent misuse or fraud, we will issue a replacement first. If you remain unsatisfied, your refund request will be evaluated through a strict approval process.

Non-returnable items include:

To process a refund, proof of purchase is required. Please do not send products back to the manufacturer.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
